  • What's your policy on refunds and replacements?
    All Sales Are Final Since my book bundles are printed on demand, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order. Damaged or Defective Books I take great care in ensuring the quality of my books. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, I am happy to offer a replacement or refund. To qualify for a replacement or refund: ✔ Contact me within 7 days of delivery ✔ Provide clear photos of the damage or printing issue ✔ I will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund at my discretion Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong book bundle, please notify me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the incorrect items. I will send the correct items at no additional charge. Non-Returnable Items I do not accept returns or offer refunds for: ✖ Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases ✖ Minor printing variations (e.g., slight color differences) ✖ Books that have been used, written in, or damaged after delivery Lost or Delayed Shipments • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with your local post office before contacting me. • If your order is delayed beyond 30 days, please reach out for assistance. Refund Processing If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
